We are especially well experienced and equipped for plastic materials and their various mixtures Individualized solutions, especially where close tolerances are required of dimensionally unstable polymers Machining soft, and crushable materials that require special tooling, cooling, clamping and cutting equipment Deep hole drilling (50 times diameter) Experienced with welding various thermoplastic materials (we do not engage in large welded assemblies)




		Metal Machining Our CNC Mills and turning centers are capable of handling a wide variety of metal parts Our equipment is late model and well maintained to minimize breakdowns. We are experienced in hard turning and hard milling to reduce material warping problems and eliminate grinding operations. We maximize our ability to attain and hold close tolerances and good surface finishes by using the latest cutting tools and inserts. Our well trained staff is encouraged to catch problems and notice defects before they reach or customers. Our Shop is clean, well lit, climate controlled and pleasant to work in.
