Half of our business is in machining plastics

We are especially well experienced and equipped for plastic materials and their various mixtures
Individualized solutions, especially where close tolerances are required of dimensionally unstable polymers
Machining soft, and crushable materials that require special tooling, cooling, clamping and cutting equipment
Deep hole drilling (50 times diameter)
Experienced with welding various thermoplastic materials (we do not engage in large welded assemblies)

Proto-typing		We are not a proto-type shop but do proto-types with the intention of gaining production orders.

Production Lots		Low to Medium ( 10 pcs to 5,000pcs)

Unit Limitations		We are best equipped to handle parts from (~ a grain of corn) to (~ a basketball) in dimension.

Tolerances		(+ or - .0002 inches)

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance department is managed by a full time quality professional who received his training in the aircraft industry.

We have a federally registered apprentice program for training our machinists, many of which hold a Journeymen's card in precision machining.

We are long time members in the National Tooling and Machining Association and are active members of the Cleveland Chapter NTMA.

We are 90 percent of the way to ISO 9000 certification, at this time we are in the process of writing and testing process instructions, internal procedures and quality documentation.

We pride ourselves on ontime delivery of defect-free attractive parts.
